Anniversary Card

Here is a card I made last night.
I used Cricut (cutting machine) to cut out "love" and "happy anniversary".
It’s a cool tool for scrapbooking.

I hope you can tell how the dogs were hogging the bed. Henry is right between the two pillows. The girls are practically in the center.
I made the stocking on the Cricut and added some sparkly snow stuff to the white parts.

TEDxNJ Librairies … The Sign

This sign was made for our event by Karen Sue using her Cricut mahcine. It is hard to tell, but it was 3-D as each word is layered in triplicate with foam dots between each layer. Karen was not able to make the day due to other conflicts, but she wanted to find a way to support the event. Thanks for wonderful sign Karen!

Lots of words.
I kind of want to outline that line of snowflakes cut from the Cricut, but it might just be my Compulsive Outlining Disorder (dxed by Hannah). The snowman is cut from the Cricut too.

today’s haul!

I am so excited about having a Slice!! I have been pricing a Cricut Create lately, and I just couldn’t rationalize spending that much money AND having to store that big machine, when I probly wouldn’t use half of the Create’s functions because I just make cards, I’m not into scrapbooking. So I got this instead, takes up half the room, and it’s better for cards because it only cuts up to four inches. Normally it’s about the price of a Cricut Create, but I spent less on it because I got it on sale. It does not have all of the functions of a Create which is fine by me because I probly wouldn’t use all the functions of a Create anyways. It’s cordless, too. You just charge it up and it’s ready to go! Comes with everything you need to get started, but after using it I found that I need to purchase the spatula. I got the Slice on sale, an extra disk, these two stamps and an extra tombo all for the regular price of a Cricut Create. It’s by Making Memories and I LOVE IT!!!
